SIP Law Firm has brought all of its employees for a company outing to Turkiye from 6 to 15 May, 2022 as a part of the firm’s capacity building program and appreciation to all of its employees who maintained their hard-working ethos during the pandemic.
“This year’s outing is a part of our firm’s employee capacity building. It is also our appreciation to their hard work throughout the pandemic. We hope it will boost their spirit, productivity and sense of togetherness,” Ibadurrahman, the firm general manager, said recently.
Since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, the law firm has never ceased its operation to provide legal services to its clients. The lawyers and supporting employees continued working at home and in the office, depending on the government rules during the pandemic, he added.
SIP Law Firm founders Safitri H. Saptogino and Zubaidah Jufri, partners Arief Nugroho, Tri Hartanto and R. Yudha Triarianto Wasono as well as Rakhmita Desmayanti, the partner of the law firm’s intellectual property consulting division SIP R, joined in the trip.
During its 9-day trip, the SIP Law Firm group explored many famous tourism attractions and sites in Turkiye. The group had the pleasures of visiting Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque as well as taking a stroll while enjoying the colourful tulips in Emirgan Park Tulip Festival in Istanbul, admired the Cotton Castle and Hieropolis in Pamukkale, marveled at the Underground City and the scenic landscape from hot air balloons in Cappadocia, paid a visit to the Ataturk Mausoleum in Ankara as well as cruising the Bosphorus strait.
Understandably, the group members spent considerable times to shop at traditional bazaars and some factories selling various Turkish products to reward themselves and to bring souvenirs for families and friends back home.
