Yudha ‘s practice includes Technology, Media and Telecommunication (TMT) as well as Personal Data Protection (PDP). He has experiences in providing legal services to a number of start-up companies and supporting foreign companies to establish businesses in Indonesia. In addition, Yudha has experiences in handling bankruptcy, debt restructuring and civil cases.
Yudha earns his bachelor degree in law from Diponegoro University’ School of Law and his master’s degree in law from University of Indonesia’ School of Law. At present, he is a member of the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) and the Indonesian Receiver and Administration Association (AKPI)
