Prior to joining SIP Law Firm, Darma Kusuma served as a Legal Assistant in legal clinics, providing vital legal services to the community. He later advanced his career as a Public Relations professional for a leading media organization, specializing in press release drafting and strategic publication planning.

At SIP Law Firm, Darma contributes to both marketing and legal operations. As Marketing Coordinator, he leads strategies to promote services, acquire clients, and foster relationships across diverse sectors, including tourism, technology, state-owned enterprises, and multinational corporations.

As a Junior Associate, his expertise spans legal drafting, contract review, licensing, compliance, and legal assistance.
